How it works
Battery powered multi-function sensors monitor environmental
conditions. The sensors send wireless notifications to the
gateway. The gateway relays notifications to an email account or
smart phone using an Ethernet connection to the Internet. All
sensors and gateway administration is done using a web browser. The
system is self-monitored and there are no monthly fees or special
server software required.
What you need
All that is required to perform your own asset monitoring is a
minimum of one Mi-Sensor-1, at least one
Mi-Gateway-1, an Internet
connection, and an email account.
